CSS Mania was born in March 2004 as section on the personal blog of Gabriel Segura as he loafed around the few CSS Showcases that existed during that time. Gabriel is one of the founders of Blogs Media, a Spanish company specializing in nanopublications, blog services and blog consulting. We believe that CSS Mania is the largest CSS showcase in the world. CSS Mania's secret is in that a perl/php/mysql mixed script takes care of 99% of the work involved in updating. Sure, we use other CSS showcases as input, but we also pay close attention to feedback we receive from other non-pro users who also know quality and good looks in a web site when they see it.
